Cutting or shaving the wool off of a sheep is called shearing. Shearing doesn't hurt a sheep. It's just like getting a hair cut. However, shearing requires skill so that the sheep is shorn efficiently and quickly without causing cuts or injury to the sheep or shearer. Most sheep are sheared with electric shears or shearing machines.

The Claw
Would you dare to take this?
Consider traveling 9 storeys into the air, swinging at up to 75 km/hr! Scared? Wait! It also spins 360 degrees. Dare yourself. The first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, The Claw is the most powerful pendulum on the planet is now the most terrifying talon in the world.

Communication
Can you communicate well in English both in speaking and writing?
English is an important language. When you seek a job, the interviewer would look into your communication skills in English rather than your work experience.
As a teacher, I realized that my students refused to speak in English. When I spoke to them in English, they answered me in Bahasa Malaysia. Normally, I would pretend that I didn't understand what they had spoken. So they had to try very hard to put their words in English.
Teachers just need to encourage their students to speak even though they might feel awkward initially. It was not an easy job to teach Malay students. They refused to take part so I had to carry out a lot of activities to help them.

Reciprocate
My husband as a boss likes to buy food for his staff and workers. He cares for them. But I realize that most of them hardly reciprocate.
So today, a staff bought lunch for my husband. Thus, he was so appreciative and said that this worker was the first one to buy lunch for him. At last, someone knows how to reciprocate.
To reciprocate is rather important. As for me, I prefer to give more than I receive. The act of giving is great..
